Big Belly is not part of our body, It is a disease like fever,
cough and any other illness. We have to cure it.
With a pinch of herbal after a meal, we can keep our belly
flat.
1.Pinch of ginger after break fast
2.Pinch of dried ginger after lunch
3.Pinch of Kadukkai – wildturmeric after dinner.
Consuming hot water is good to reduce belly. If you don’t
like taking plain hot water, we can add a dried ginger and palm sugar to hot
water and can be taken as an alternate to tea or coffee.
Taking warm food and Hot soup before lunch is good for
reducing belly.
Exercise is must with these changes in food habit
