Reason for Jetlag

Why do we feel jet lag? what is the reason for it?

We feel Jetlag only if we travel by air, but not by road or sea. Why? of course we cannot cross time zones by road.

The common understanding on Jetlag is, it occurs when the body's normal daily routine is disrupted after crossing several time zones. Symptoms such as sleep disruption and tiredness are the result of your body finding it difficult to adjust to your new location's time zone. Circadian rhythm.

But Jetlag is not just disruption due to timezone mismatch. It is because of missing of certain earth's electromagnetic radiation at higher altitude.

Schumann waves

Schumann waves is linked to Jetlag, which is part of the earth natural electromagnetic radiation. This wave's frequency runs at the frequency of controls centers of the human brain and as same as with brain wave frequency.

NASA has done extensive studies on these waves and found astronauts separated from these waves, felt distressed and and disoriented.

NASA now installs equipment aboard to spaceships to mimic Schumann waves.
